website. This category link will take you to
the specific products that you are interested
in. If a product entices you, click
on the image to see a larger
picture and more detailed information. If you
want to buy this product, click
on an "Add
to Cart" button,
continue shopping, view cart and
check out easily! Once you are on our online
secure check out system, fill out the shipping
and billing addresses, enter your credit card
number for real-time credit authorization, and
then fill out a free gift card, its
all very easy!
3.) Once you have placed an order, we will
e-mail you with an invoice number and tracking
number confirmation once it is shipped. If you
use our secure online checkout system, you will
instantly receive a transaction ID number confirming
your payment. Feel free to contact our office
after placing your order to confirm your transaction
and ask any questions that you may have regarding
your order.
4.) Your invoice includes a cost breakdown of
the items you ordered plus the shipping and handling,
and taxes if applicable. This document will

What About Sales Tax and Shipping Charges?
Internet sales outside of California
not subject to sales tax. So if you live in any

How Long Will it Take to Receive My
Order?
When you place an order, the credit-card
transaction is processed in real-time and your
order is processed within one business
day. For all in-stock orders shipments will go
out within three business days, and more often
than not, orders go out the morning after
you have placed an order. If you place an
order over the weekend or on a holiday please
an additional business day to process your order.
For faster service, overnight or second day delivery
we suggest that you contact our office to make
your express shipping arrangements. The amount
of time it takes for your order to arrive once
it has been shipped depends on size and exact
destination. Normally items weighing less than
2lbs are sent using USPS Priority Mail, larger
shipments up to 60-80lbs go out via FedEx Ground
which takes about 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Super-large fragile items require a custom
wood crate and will be sent using a
freight company also requiring special
handling fees due the size.
How Do I Ship My Insect Order to a
Foreign Country?
For overseas orders please contact our office
either by e-mail or phone to discuss your shipping
costs. We often ship international
shipments by "USPS International Priority
when your order weighs less than 2 lbs.
Heavier international orders will be quoted
based on the time frame you need it in, size,
and total weight. The buyer, or recipient, is
exclusively responsible for any importation taxes,
tariffs, or customs duties, brokerage fees and
expenses related to importation and compliance
with local import country laws. Our automated
check out system only calculates
shipping costs for 3-5 day delivery in the
continental USA. So if you place an international
order we will have to e-mail a quote for the additional shipping charges.
Do You Keep All Personal Information
Private?
Yes. We consider the information you
choose to share with us fully confidential. We
will not share, rent or sell any of your personal
information.
We can ship to virtually any address in the
world. We use the United States Postal Service
and FedEx to ship items. If you live outside
the USA we will have to contact you with the
shipping cost depending on the country we are
shipping to.
