Morpho
with Iridescent Blue Wings |
 |
|
| Despite their stunning iridescent colors, Morpho
Wings are not actually colored with blue, but instead
they have scales
with tiny ridges that reflect blue light. Our Morpho
wings have this same realistic iridescent blue
color and the wing undersides are even their true
brown and bronze colorations, which is normally
visible when the butterflies are at rest and have
their wings folded up. This butterfly makes
a great Add-on option to be combined with any of
our electronic insects. When you have two moving
butterflies in the same display it is a real eye
catcher as there is constant wing movement. Add-on
Kits come with a y-plug power splitter which
must be connected to a complete butterfly's transformer. |
