If they stop functioning for any reason, simply return them by mail and receive a free replacement within 7-10 days. Fixable Reasons for Wing Motion Not Working:
1.) If it is plugged into a wall outlet and doesn't seem to be getting any power, check the cord connections. Or try a different circuit or location as there may be a problem with that specific outlet.
2.) If the wing inadvertently flattens out and stops moving properly, it may need to be snapped back into position for the wings to have normal continuous motion.

Unfixable Reasons for Wing Motion Not Working:
3.) If the titanium wire "muscle" is broken inside the miniature hinged bug-body.
4.) If the power cord of wings in motion kit is been severed or cut.

Trouble Shooting Wings:
Step 1 - Before returning your wings in motion moving butterfly, dragonfly, and moth kit please check to see if the problem can be fixed by adjusting the wing first. This is especially apparent when the bug body moves automatic when powered, but the wing doesn't seem to be fluttering correctly.

Step 2 - To get your moving-wing kit to function normally use your fingers to fold the wings down and snap them onto the bug body and then fold the wings back up in a "V" position, and you may need push them up on each side and make a slight crease at the narrow portion of each wing.
