A master at the art of disguise, the walking
stick insect, usually found in Malaysia, have stem
like bodies and subtle colors, which make them
almost invisible by blending into a wide range
of backgrounds from bark to leaves and thin tree
branches. This yellow walking stick bug has vivid
yellow wings with a black stripe that retract and
are hidden from view once the insect is no longer
engaged in flight.
